new construction FLUSH mounts

The New Construction mounts are the original mounts by Wall-Smart, designed for flush installation as part of the drywall. The New Construction mounts installation is straight-forward, and is similar to drywall construction procedures. 

New Construction mounts are designed for 1/2" drywall (unless specified otherwise), and can be installed in 5/8" drywall using a Shim Pack (10-01-067), sold separately.  These mounts can also be installed in concrete/brick walls using the matching concrete box/adapter. 

​New Construction mounts main features:

Flush – Control devices are integrated with the wall, flush-mounted.
 
Paintable – Mounts are supplied unpainted to be painted with the wall finish. 
​
Accessible – The wall mounts are designed in a way that the control devices are always accessible for repair.
